The survey results of the Membership survey have been published, which underlines the trend toward the Club providing more informal dining facilities and recreation and sports facilities. PCPA have started the schematic design stage and by January the design for the new Club will have started to take shape. The first workshop was held as planned, with committees and focus groups meeting with PCPA to give input on the design of the Club.

The requests for proposals (RFP) have been sent out to the shortlist of interior designers, so that by January we shall have identified the designer that will be responsible for the F&B outlets.

The designs for the Club at Takanawa are progressing, and by the end of the year the architects shall have completed the schematic design stage that shall provide a good impression of how the Club will look. This will allow the team to start the planning process to enable the Club to relocate from Azabudai to Takanawa at the end of 2007.
