PCPA met with, among others, the LRPC and management in the middle of November, and have now agreed all of the locations of the Member facilities within the Club. This will allow the architects to start the process of considering the architectural design of the Club and to develop the back-of-the-house spaces necessary to support the Member spaces.

The soil surveys have been completed, as well as others on wind, noise, pollution, flora and fauna, and this information is being used to develop the environmental assessment report that will be used to help ensure that the design of the new Club is environmentally friendly and to explain to the Club's neighbors how the new Club will be a positve improvement on the local community.
