By the end of the year the project will be well positioned to move into the detailed design and planning stages through 2007 and see the Club start to relocate to Takanawa at the end of 2007. The design for Azabudai continues to develop with regular input and discussions with the LRPC, and we shall be holding an open house on January 25 in the Genkan Gallery for Members to have the opportunity to discuss the design with the architects. We are also well advanced in our discussions with the financial institutions that are bidding to provide the finance necessary to complete the development, and we have now started the public consultation process of talking to the neighborhood to seek its support for the overall development.

At the beginning of January, Takenaka will carry out more survey work in the Parking Lot. This time the process will take three days (January 10-12), and we shall be investigating whether the Club is sitting on any cultural or historical artifacts.
