Redevelopment Office

The Redevelopment Office was formed in August 2005 with the hiring of Alistair Gough as Redevelopment Director. The office guides the Club’s efforts to make its facilities meet the needs of the Membership through the temporary move to Takanawa and rebuilding at Azabudai.

Assisted by Mayumi Ito, Alistair has been working to understand Members’ requirements and coordinate the various companies involved in the Redevelopment Project, while making sure pressing deadlines are always met—a daunting task in a country known for its exacting construction rules.

Alistair has an architecture degree as well as post-graduate and MBA degrees in project management and construction and real estate. He came to Japan in July 2002, working as a project director on various hotel and banking projects.
